Peer Review Process

MANDEKA: Journal of Management, Accounting, and Economics enforces a rigorous peer-review mechanism to uphold high academic standards and ensure the quality, validity, and integrity of all published research.
The evaluation process follows these standard procedures:
  • Initial Review: Every submitted manuscript undergoes an initial screening by the Editorial Team to assess its alignment with the journal's focus, scope, and basic formatting guidelines.
  • Double-Blind Review: Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers within the relevant subject areas. This journal employs a Double-Blind Peer Review process, meaning the identities of both the authors and the reviewers remain strictly confidential to ensure a completely unbiased, objective, and thorough assessment.
  • Evaluation Criteria: Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, methodological soundness, clarity of presentation, and contribution to the fields of management, accounting, or economics. Reviewers provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Review Timeline: Authors typically receive the initial results and feedback from the review process within one month of submission.
  • Final Decision: The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of a manuscript rests entirely with the Editorial Team, heavily guided by the evaluations and recommendations provided by the reviewers.
