The journal disseminates high-quality research articles and scholarly studies within the fields of management, accounting, and economics. Before submitting a manuscript, authors must read and strictly comply with the guidelines below. Manuscripts that do not conform to these specifications will be returned to the author(s) for correction before entering the formal review process.

- The manuscript must be free of plagiarism. The maximum similarity index allowed is 25%, as verified by a Turnitin report.

- Foreign or non-English technical terms must be written in italics.
- Manuscripts must be submitted exclusively in Microsoft Word format (
.docor.docx).
4. Manuscript Structure
Research articles should be organized systematically in the following order:
- 4.1 Title: Concise, dense, and informative (maximum 15 words), accurately reflecting the content of the manuscript while avoiding abbreviations and mathematical formulae.
- 4.2 Author Identity: State the full name of all authors (without academic titles), institutional affiliations, and an active e-mail address. The corresponding author must be clearly indicated.
- 4.3 Abstract and Keywords: The abstract must be written in English, ranging between 150–200 words in a single paragraph. It should concisely cover the research purpose, method, principal results, and main conclusion. The abstract must not contain citations. Provide 3–5 keywords, separated by semicolons (;).
- 4.4 Introduction: Contains the background, research phenomenon/problem, research gaps, a brief review of prior studies, theoretical background, novelty, and clear research objectives.
- 4.5 Research Method: Explains the type and approach of the research, population and sample, data collection techniques, operational definitions of variables, and data analysis techniques in a clear, replicable manner.
- 4.6 Results and Discussion: Presents the research results systematically and discusses them with deep theoretical support and thorough comparison to prior studies.
- 4.7 Conclusion: Answers the research objectives concisely (not a mere repetition of the results section), accompanied by practical/theoretical implications, research limitations, and suggestions for future research. It must be written in paragraph form, not numbered lists.
- 4.8 Acknowledgements (Optional): Addressed to funding bodies, research grants, or individuals who contributed significantly to the research.
- 4.9 References: Contains all sources cited within the text (and vice versa). A minimum of 15 references is highly recommended, predominantly consisting of primary journal articles published within the last 10 years. References must be managed using a reference manager application (Mendeley or Zotero) in APA 7th edition style.
5. Tables and Figures
- Tables and figures must be sequentially numbered with clear, descriptive captions. Table captions are placed above the table; figure captions are placed below the figure.
- Every table and figure must be explicitly referred to within the text narrative and have its primary source stated clearly.
- The article will be published digitally and may be printed in black and white; ensure all tables/figures remain highly legible without relying on color distinctions.
6. Citations and Reference List (APA 7th Edition)
In-text citations must follow the (Author, Year) system, e.g., (Harsasi, 2023) or Harsasi (2023). For direct quotations, include the exact page number: (Harsasi, 2023, p. 12). Reference list formats must comply with the following examples:
- Journal Article: Last name, A. A., & Last name, B. B. (Year). Title of the article: Subtitle if any. Name of Journal, Volume(Issue), pages. https://doi.org/xxxxx
- Book: Last name, A. A. (Year). Title of the book (edition). Publisher.
- Chapter in an Edited Book: Last name, A. A. (Year). Title of the chapter. In E. E. Editor (Ed.), Title of the book (pp. xx–xx). Publisher.
