Evaluasi Program Komunitas Pemuda Lentera Terhadap Keberlangsungan Pendidikan Non Formal di Daerah Pesisir Studi Kasus (Taman Baca Pelangi Desa Kwang Rundun Lombok Timur)

Abstract

Abstract: The problem raised in this research is the level of success of the Lantera Youth Community program on the sustainability of non-formal education in coastal areas (case study of Taman Baca Pelangi , Kwang Rundun Village, East Lombok). This research aims to determine the level of success of the Pemuda Lantera community program on the sustainability of non-formal education in coastal areas (case study of TBM Pelangi, Kwang Rundun Village, East Lombok). This research uses an evaluative method with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The sample was determined using a proportional sample with a total of 20 subjects. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation and documentation. The analytical method used is percentage analysis with a non-parametric statistical approach with the formula ideal mean (Mi), ideal standard deviation (SDi) and percentage. The results of the percentage analysis using a non-parametric statistical approach show that the context component is in the high category, namely 90%, the input component is in the high category, namely 68.80%, the process component is in the high category, namely 77.5% and finally the product component is in the high category. also high, namely 75.71%, while the overall results are in the high category, namely 79,99%, which means it has been running effectively. So it can be concluded that the evaluation of the Lantera Youth Community program on the sustainability of non-formal education in coastal areas (Case Study of TBM Pelangi, Kwang Rundun Village, East Lombok) has been running effectively in accordance with the objectives achieved.

Abstrak: Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tingkat keberhasilan program komunitas pemuda lentera terhadap keberlangsungan pendidikan nonformal di daerah pesisir (studi kasus Taman  Baca  Pelangi Desa Kwang Rundun Lombok Timur). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan program komunitas penuda lentera terhadap keberlangsungan pendidikan nonformal di daerah pesisir (studi kasus TBM Pelangi Desa Kwang Rundun Lombok Timur). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluatif dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penentuan sampelnya menggunakan porposive sampel dengan jumlah subjek 20 orang. Adapaun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis persentase dengan pendekatan statistik non parametrik dengan rumus mean ideal (Mi), standar deviasi ideal (SDi) dan persentase. Hasil dari analisis persentase dengan pendekatan statistik non parametrik ini menunjukkan bahwa komponen context  masuk katagori tinggi yakni 90%, komponen input masuk katagori tinggi yakni 68,80%, komponen  process masuk katagori tinggi yakni 77,5% dan yang terakhir komponen product masuk dalam katagori tinggi pula yakni  75,71% sedangkan hasil dari keseluruhan yakni berada dalam katagori tinggi yakni 79,99% yang berarti sudah berjalan secara efektif. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa, evaluasi program komunitas pemuda lentera terhadap keberlangsungan pendidikan non formal di daerah pesisir (Studi Kasus TBM Pelangi Desa Kwang Rundun Lombok Timur) sudah berjalan secara efektif sesuai dengan tujuan yang dicapai
