PENGEMBANGAN PROGRAM LAYANAN SEKOLAH INKLUSI DI KOTA MATARAM

Abstract


Artikel ini adalah hasil penelitian yang mengungkap tentang identifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan program layanan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus pada sekolah inklusi. Dalam praktiknya, pengembangan program mengacu pada visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah. Aspek sumber daya sekolah yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi tenaga pendidik, persepsi, sikap dan perilaku mereka terhadap ABK serta ketersediaan guru khusus, jumlah, jenis dan tingkat kebutuhan ABK serta kemitraan antara sekolah dan stakeholder menjadi acuan dalam menyusun program layanan yang akan diberikan kepada ABK di sekolah inklusi.
