This study aims to analyse the distribution of early childhood education (PAUD) accreditation outcomes across regencies/municipalities in West Nusa Tenggara Province, to quantify regional disparity, and to determine each region's position relative to the provincial level. Secondary data were drawn from five BAN-PDM accreditation decrees for 2024–2025, all issued under the Visitation Assessment Instrument (Instrumen Penilaian Visitasi, IPV), covering 1,521 accredited PAUD institutions in 10 regencies/municipalities. The study used a descriptive-comparative design. Analyses included proportions of accreditation status, disparity measures (range, coefficient of variation, Williamson index, Gini coefficient), a chi-square test with Cramer's V and Monte Carlo simulation, adjusted standardised residuals, and Wilson confidence intervals. Overall, 50.2% of institutions achieved status A or B and 49.8% received C or TT. The A+B proportion ranged from 27.4% in Kabupaten Bima to 83.0% in Kota Mataram (range = 55.6 percentage points; CV = 32.0%; Williamson index = 23.6%). The distribution of accreditation status differed significantly across regions (χ² = 191.70; df = 27; p < .001; Cramer's V = .205). Kota Mataram, Kota Bima, and Kabupaten Lombok Timur were above the provincial level, Kabupaten Bima and Kabupaten Dompu were below it, and five regions did not differ from it. The largest absolute numbers of C and TT institutions were in Lombok Timur, Lombok Tengah, and Bima. Accreditation data can serve as diagnostic evidence for place-based quality improvement planning; the findings are descriptive and do not explain the causes of disparity.
