Pemanfaatan Mentimeter dalam Pembelajaran Pelatihan Daring untuk Meningkatkan Interaksi Peserta

Abstract


Disrupsi teknologi digital membawa paradigma baru dalam penyelenggaraan pelatihan. Penyelenggara pelatihan perlu memahami bagaimana membentuk interaksi aktif peserta pelatihan melalui platform digital yang bertujuan agar dapat membangun keterikatan dan menghindari distraksi yang sering dirasakan oleh peserta dalam pelatihan daring. Tulisan ini merupakan artikel konseptual yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan pentingnya penggunaan variasi teknologi dalam pelatihan yang dilaksanakan secara daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang bersifat studi kepustakaan (library research). Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi fitur yang tersedia dalam platform Mentimeter dan mengoptimalkannya dalam proses pelaksanaan pelatihan daring. Sehingga penyelenggara pelatihan mendapatkan gambaran mengenai penerapan teknologi digital dalam dunia pelatihan dengan format daring
