Abstract


Abstract: Analysis of hotel service quality in halal tourism in Lombok is a case study research conducted at Senggigi Beach Hotel. This study aims to analyze the quality of hotel services in the halal tourism sector in Lombok. Halal tourism is becoming a global trend in the tourism industry, with special attention to the needs and preferences of Muslim travelers. Hotel service quality has a significant impact on visitor experience, customer satisfaction, and destination image. Therefore, this study was conducted to understand how hotel service quality affects tourists in the context of halal tourism in Lombok. This research method uses a qualitative and quantitative approach, involving a survey of Muslim tourists staying at various hotels in Lombok. The research instrument is a questionnaire designed to measure tourists' perceptions of various aspects of service quality, such as service, facilities, cleanliness, and halal accommodation. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and factor analysis to identify the most influential dimensions of service quality.  The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the preferences and expectations of Muslim tourists regarding hotel service quality in the context of halal tourism in Lombok. These findings can provide guidance for the hospitality industry in improving their services to meet the needs of halal tourists. In addition, this research can also contribute to the development of sustainable tourism in Lombok and strengthen the position of this destination in the global halal tourism market.

Abstrak: Analisis kualitas layanan hotel pada wisata halal di lombok merupakan penelitian studi kasus yang dilakukan diSenggigi Beach Hotel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan hotel pada sektor wisata halal di Lombok. Wisata halal menjadi tren global dalam industri pariwisata, dengan perhatian khusus terhadap kebutuhan dan preferensi wisatawan Muslim. Kualitas layanan hotel memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap pengalaman pengunjung, kepuasan pelanggan, dan citra destinasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami bagaimana kualitas layanan hotel memengaruhi wisatawan dalam konteks wisata halal di Lombok. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, melibatkan survei kepada wisatawan Muslim yang menginap di berbagai hotel di Lombok. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang dirancang untuk mengukur persepsi wisatawan terhadap berbagai aspek kualitas layanan, seperti pelayanan, fasilitas, kebersihan, dan akomodasi halal. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan analisis faktor untuk mengidentifikasi dimensi-dimensi kualitas layanan yang paling berpengaruh. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang preferensi dan harapan wisatawan Muslim terkait kualitas layanan hotel dalam konteks wisata halal di Lombok. Temuan ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi industri perhotelan dalam meningkatkan layanan mereka guna memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan halal. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan sumbangan bagi pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Lombok dan menguatkan posisi destinasi ini dalam pasar wisata halal global.
