Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pengurus dan partisipasi anggota terhadap kinerja Koperasi Pembiayaan Simpan Pinjam BMT Citra Jaya Mandiri Aikmel Lombok Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 2.586 anggota dan pengurus koperasi, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pengurus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja koperasi, partisipasi anggota juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja koperasi, serta secara simultan kompetensi pengurus dan partisipasi anggota berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Koperasi Pembiayaan Simpan Pinjam BMT Citra Jaya Mandiri Aikmel Lombok Timur.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of management competence and member participation on the performance of the Savings and Loan Financing Cooperative BMT Citra Jaya Mandiri Aikmel, East Lombok. The research method used was a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The population in this study consisted of 2,586 cooperative members and administrators, with a sample of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that management competence has a positiveand significant effect on cooperative performance, member participation also has a positive and significant effect on cooperative performance, and simultaneously management competence and member participation significantly influence the performance of the Savings and Loan Financing Cooperative BMT Citra Jaya Mandiri Aikmel, East Lombok.
