Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of talent management and work discipline on the quality of public services at the BKPSDM of East Lombok Regency. The population and sample of this study consisted of all 55 employees of BKPSDM East Lombok Regency (saturated sampling). Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques included validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests), and multiple linear regression analysis supplemented by t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination test, all conducted using SPSS software. The results revealed that: (1) talent management has a positive and significant influence on the quality of public services, with a t-value of 6.414 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) work discipline has a positive and significant influence on the quality of public services, with a t-value of 3.817 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; and (3) talent management and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the quality of public services, with an F-value of 53.186 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.672 indicates that 67.2% of the variation in public service quality can be explained by the variables of talent management and work discipline, while the remaining 32.8% is influenced by other factors outside this research model..
