EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN ABON IKAN TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN POTENSI LOKAL (LOKAL GENIUS) DALAM PENDIDIKAN KELUARGA DI MASYARAKAT PESISIR DUSUN KARANG TELAGA BATU LAYAR LOMBOK BARAT TAHUN 2020

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah dalam penelitian ini masih banyak masyarakat dusun Karang Telaga tidak adanya minat dan atau kemampuan untuk membuat inovasi yang mampu mengolah atau memanfaatkan hasil laut yang ada. Efektivitas Program Pelatihan Pembuatan Abon Ikan Terhadap Pengembangan Potensi Lokal (Lokal Genius) Dalam Pendidikan Keluarga Di Masyarakat Pesisir Dusun Karang Telaga Batu Layar Lombok Barat Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluative dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, adapun model evaluasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah evaluasi model CIPP (context,input, process dan product) dengan populasi sebanyak 20 ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam program pelatihan pembuatan abon ikan. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket sebagai metode utama, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai metoode pelengkap. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang diguankan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dengan Rumus Persentase. Jawaban responden setelah diananlisis kemudian diinterpretasi melalui tabel interpretasi untuk mendapatkan nilai efektivitas program. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan untuk keempat komponen efektivitas program mendapat nilai sangat efektif dan efektif dengan nilai persentase yang berbeda di antara empat komponen tersebut. Komponen context mendapat persentase sebesar 86,8%, komponen input mendapat nilai persentase sebesar 74,9%, komponen process mendapat nilai persentase sebesar 76,9%, dan  komponen product mendapat nilai prosentase sebesar 74,8% dan nilai Rata-rata dari  4 komponen di atas yaitu 78,4%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Efektivitas Program Pelatihan Pembuatan Abon Ikan Terhadap Pengembangan Potensi Lokal (Lokal Genius) Dalam Pendidikan Keluarga Di Masyarakat Pesisir Dusun Karang Telaga Batu Layar Lombok Barat Tahun 2019 telah berjalan dengan efektif.

Abstract: The problem in this research is that there are still many people in Karang Telaga sub-village who lack interest and or ability to make innovations that are able to process or utilize existing sea products. The Effectiveness of the Training Program for Making Fish Floss Against the Development of Local Potential (Local Genius) in Family Education in the Coastal Communities of Karang Telaga Batu Layar, West Lombok in 2019. This study is an evaluative study with a quantitative approach, while the evaluation model used in this study is an evaluation model CIPP (context, input, process and product) with a population of 20 housewives who are members of a training program to make shredded fish. Data collection using a questionnaire as the main method, observation and documentation as a supplementary method. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used in this study used descriptive data analysis with the Percentage Formula. Respondents' answers after being analyzed are then interpreted through the interpretation table to get the value of program effectiveness. The results of this study stated that for the four components of program effectiveness, the scores were very effective and effective with different percentage values among the four components. The context component gets a percentage of 86.8%, the input component gets a percentage value of 74.9%, the process component gets a percentage value of 76.9%, and the product component gets a percentage value of 74.8% and an average value of 4 the above component is 78.4%. Thus, it can be concluded that "The Effectiveness of the Training Program for Making Shredded Fish Against the Development of Local Potential (Local Genius) in Family Education in the Coastal Communities of Karang Telaga Batu Layar Village, West Lombok in 2019 has been running effectively.
