HUBUNGAN DISIPLIN KERJA KEPALA SEKOLAH DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA GURU DI SMPN 2 PERAYA BARAT KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Abstract

Disiplin kerja merupakan kepatuhan seseorang dalam mengikuti peraturan dan tata tertib karena didorong oleh adanya kesadaran yang ada pada kata hatinya. Adapun rumusan masalahnya adalah: “Apakah Ada Hubungan Disiplin Kerja kepala Sekolah Dengan Produktivitas Kerja Guru di SMP Negeri 2 Praya Barat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016”. Sedangkan tujuan penelitian ini adalah “Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Disiplin Kerja Kepala Sekolah Dengan Produktivitas Kerja Guru di SMP Negeri 2 Praya Barat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016”.Untuk memperolah data dalam penelitian ini maka digunakan metode angket sebagai metode pokok, sementara metode dokumentasi sebagai metode pendukung. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan metode statistik koefisien korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai rxy (Product Moment) yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah 0,686, sedangkan nilai rxy dalam tabel dengan taraf signifikan 5% dan N = 21 adalah 0,433 atau (0,686> 0,433), kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan  bahwa nilai (rhitung) lebih besar dari nilai (rtabel) pada taraf signifikan 5% (0,686 > 0,433). Dengan demikian maka hipotesis Nihil (Ho) yang berbunyi “ Tidak Ada Hubungan Disiplin kerja Kepala Sekolah Dengan Produktivitas Kerja Guru ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Jadi kesimpulan analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah: Ada Hubungan Disiplin Kerja Kepala sekolah Dengan Produktivitas Kerja Guru di SMP Negeri 2 Praya Barat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016.

Abstract: Labor discipline is somebody compliance in following the rules and regulations because it is driven by the awareness that there is in his heart. The formulation of the problem, is There a Relationship of Work Discipline of Principal with Work Productivity of teacher at SMPN 2 of West Praya Central Lombok District in academic Year 2015/2016". While the purpose of this research is "To Know the Relationship of Work Discipline of Principal With Work Productivity of Teacher at SMPN 2 of West Praya Central Lombok District in the Academic Year 2015/2016" .To obtain the data in this study questionnaire method is used as the principal method, while the method of documentation as a backup method. While the method of data analysis using statistical methods product moment correlation coefficient. Based on the results of the calculation of the value of r xy (Product Moment) obtained in this study was 0.686, while the value of r xy table with a significant level of 5% and N = 21 is 0.433 or (0.686> 0.433), the conclusions obtained in this study is that the results of the analysis Data can be concluded that the value (rhitung) is greater than the value (rtabel) at significance level of 5% (0.686> 0.433). Thus, the hypothesis Nil (Ho), which reads "No relationship of working Discipline with Teacher Work Productivity is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. So the conclusion of analysis in this study are There Relationships Discipline Work of principal With Work Productivity of teacher at SMPN 2 West Praya Central Lombok district in the academic year 2015/2016.
