<p><em>The abstract Natural heritages and cultural values possessed by the East Nusa Tenggara region have the potential to be developed towards the tourism industry based on sustainable tourism principles in the form of ecotourism. A potential ecotourism destination that occurs in the region is Oesina Beach, the 1 km white sandy beach with a huge marine potential. This ecotourism destination is situated in Lifuleo village. This research is an investigative-descriptive study with an approach of SWOT Analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) combined with IFES (Internal Factor Analysis Strategy) and EFES (External Factor Analysis Strategy). The SWOT analysis reveals: 1) several strengths and opportunities that can be optimized; 2) several weaknesses and threats that can be mitigated by optimization strategies; and 3) several proposed optimization strategies based on S-O (strength to optimize opportunity), W-O (opportunity to minimize weakness), T-S (strength to mitigate threat), and T-W (effort to address threat and weakness). IFES and EFES analysis indicate that the Oesina ecotourism destination is located in Quadrant I, meaning that the ecotourism destination requires promotion through market development penetration, market penetration, and product development. Following this, all related stakeholders of governments, management, and local-dependent communities; need to build a strong collaboration towards a successful implementation of optimization strategies. The result of this study is expected to be used as a reference for related stakeholders to design and implement a robust strategy to develop the ecotourism destination in the form of a scientific-based policy. This, therefore, will promote more benefits as conservation tools as well as enable the dependent community to gain more socioeconomic advantages.</em></p>Muhamad Soimin

<em><span lang="IN">Forest herbal tea is made from plants in the forest area. Various types of plants, including trees, shrubs, and herbs, can be sources of forest herbal tea. Most of the forest herbal tea sources are wild plants found in natural forest areas in Indonesia. This means that Indonesia has abundant forest herbal tea resources, which should be promoted. However, the use of raw materials in forest herbal tea products is still limited. This review shows why forest herbal tea products should be promoted in Indonesia in terms of cultivation, standardisation, processing method, economic value, and diversity of products.</span></em>I Gde Adi Suryawan WangiyanaI Gusti Agung Ayu Hari Triandini

<p>Masyarakat mengenal bahwa daun kelor (<em>Moringa oliefera</em>) hanya sebagai bahan pangan sayuran, ternyata dari bahan daun kelor bisa dibuat berbagai jenis produk untuk bahan minuman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keragaman jenis produk usaha HHBK daun kelor (<em>Moringa oliefera</em>), dan mengetahui strategi pengembangan produk usaha HHBK daun kelor (<em>Moringa oliefera</em>) di CV. Tri Utami Jaya, Kecamatan Sandubaya, Kota Mataram. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus atau <em>case study</em>. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai jenis produk usaha HHBK berbahan baku daun kelor (<em>Moringa oliefera</em>) yang di produksi CV. Tri Utami Jaya yakni teh bubuk moringa SaSaMbodoM, teh celup moringa KIDOM, teh celup morikai, KIDOM Coffee, masker beauty morikai, dan kapsul moringa SaSaMbodoM. Strategi yang digunakan untuk pengembangan jenis produk berbahan baku daun kelor di CV. Tri Utami Jaya yakni starategi inovasi produk baru dengan cara merubah bentuk pada kemasan, merubah ukuran yang berbeda sesuai dengan harganya, menambahkan variasi rasa, dan jenis kemasan yang tahan lama agar tidak mudah rusak, sehingga masing-masing produk akan memiliki varian rasa yang berbeda dan harga yang berbeda berdasarkan ukuran kemasan; Strategi Penentuan Harga, harga memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap keberhasilan sebuah bisnis dan harga juga dapat mempengaruhi persepsi pelanggan, harga yang rendah dapat memberikan bayangan bahwa semakin rendahnya kualitas suatu produk maka akan semakin rendah pula nilai yang akan didapatkan, sebaliknya jika harga produk lebih tinggi maka akan tinggi pula kualitas produk tersebut; strategi distribusi dan tempat; karena berlokasi di kota mataram sehingga secara geografis sangat menguntungkan karena berada di pusat pemerintahan dan untuk distribusinya perusahaan sudah bekerjasama dengan berbagai ekspedisi yang akan mendapatkan gratis ongkir dengan pembelian jumlah tertentu; strategi promosi dilakukan<em> </em>secara online dan juga secara offline, untuk online dilakukan dengan bekerjasama dengan berbagai E-Commerce dan mengirim konten promosi diberbagai sosial media sementara itu untuk offline dilakukan dengan rutin mengikuti pameran dan acara-acara besar dengan sistem open both.</p>Syirajudin SyirajudinL L Suhirsan Masrilurrahman
