Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the community's capacity to transform plastic waste into economically valuable products, namely paving blocks and wall drops, while strengthening business management and digital marketing skills in Kuanheun Village, Kupang Regency. The program was implemented through socialization, training, and mentoring activities. The results demonstrated that the partner community was able to produce paving blocks and wall drops according to the specified material compositions, maintain basic financial records, calculate the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM), and market their products through social media and e-commerce platforms. Pre-test and post-test results also indicated improvements in the partners' knowledge and skills in production, business management, and digital marketing. This program contributes to the achievement of SDG 1 (No Poverty) through the development of economically viable enterprises; SDG 4 (Quality Education) through enhanced knowledge and skills; SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) through improved plastic waste management; and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) through the implementation of the 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) and circular economy practices.
