This community service program aims to improve oral health knowledge, reduce dental anxiety, and enhance oral health status through visual and audiovisual educational interventions integrated with dental health services. The program was implemented through health education sessions, demonstrations, and the distribution of educational posters developed in collaboration with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). The target participants comprised members of the general public and students of Bayung Cerik Village Elementary School (SDN Desa Bayung Cerik). Program evaluation was conducted using questionnaires, and the collected data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The results indicated a 100% acceptance rate, with community members expressing a preference for visual and audiovisual educational media over verbal communication methods. Participants also perceived the materials as easier to understand and considered the educational posters useful as daily reminders. This 100% figure reflects initial acceptability and positive community perceptions of the educational intervention. Furthermore, the educational media helped reduce dental anxiety among children, thereby facilitating the achievement of informed assent before dental treatment.
